First and foremost Sarah Giggar made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She has an excellent communication style that touched on all aspects of learning. She not only demonstrated, she explained the process and even drew the technique out so that I could see, and hear what she was doing. Her kindness and professionalism made it fun! She is patient, encouraging, extremely knowledgeable about not only the application process but also the products themselves. Sarah is so kind and generous with her time and explained the whys and the how’s so I understood the look we were trying to achieve. She made me feel confident I would be able to go home and do this in my own.
